MGM composite paper

Name: MGM composite paper

Temperature resistance: Class F

Description:

MGM composite paper is a Class F (155°C) heat-resistant insulation composite material. Its standard structure consists of three layers of flexible composites: an electronic-grade alkali-free glass fiber cloth in the middle (enhancing mechanical strength) + 6020 high-melting-point electrical insulation polyester film on both sides (providing excellent dielectric properties). It is compounded at high temperatures using a Class F dedicated modified adhesive, combining the excellent dielectric properties of polyester film with the high strength characteristics of glass fiber cloth. It is primarily used in the insulation structure of Class F motors, transformers, and other electrical equipment, especially suitable for insulation parts that require a high balance between mechanical strength and cost.
