Name: GHG composite paper
Temperature resistance: Class H
Description:
GHG composite paper is a Class H (180°C) heat-resistant insulation composite material. Its standard structure consists of three symmetrically laminated layers: an electronic-grade polyimide film (core insulation layer) in the middle + alkali-free glass fiber cloth on both sides (to enhance mechanical strength). It is laminated at high temperature using a Class H dedicated adhesive, combining the excellent dielectric properties of polyimide with the ultra-high mechanical strength of glass fiber cloth. It is primarily used in high-strength insulation structures for Class H dry-type transformers, high-voltage motors, and other equipment, especially suitable for coil interlayer insulation, end seal insulation, and other parts with stringent requirements for mechanical strength and heat resistance.
