Name: DMDM insulation composite paper
Temperature resistance: Class F
Description:
DMDM composite paper is a Class F (155°C) heat-resistant insulation composite material, with a standard structure consisting of four alternating layers: polyester fiber nonwoven fabric (D) + polyester film (M) + polyester fiber nonwoven fabric (D) + polyester film (M). It is made through high-temperature composite calendering using a Class F dedicated modified adhesive, combining the excellent dielectric properties of polyester film with the good impregnation performance of polyester fiber nonwoven fabric. It is primarily used in medium and high-voltage insulation structures for Class F motors, transformers, and other electrical equipment, especially for insulation parts that require high insulation thickness and mechanical strength.
