Description:Dispensing PMP capacitor paper (also known as diamond dot PMP, DDP/Dotted Diamond Paper) is an E/F grade insulation material based on a PMP three-layer composite insulation foil (two layers of capacitor paper + one layer of polyester film). The surface is diamond-dot coated with a special modified epoxy resin and semi-cured in the B stage. It is primarily used for interlayer insulation of medium and low voltage transformer coils, combining insulation, bonding, and oil and gas venting functions. Secondary heating at 90–120℃ can quickly cure it into a monolithic structure.
